Parisview Baptist Church is a family of people from all walks of life who are united in our faith in Jesus as the way to God and the way of life. When we say "family," we don't mean that we are an exclusive group that doesn't want new members. We just mean that we love, respect, and take care of each other. But we want our family to grow to include more and more people, so that the love and good news of Jesus will impact more and more lives in our community.

We love God by spending time with Him in prayer, by studying his Word, and by living the way He wants us to live.

We love our neighbors by serving them through acts of kindness and generosity, by sharing the hope of the Gospel, and by leading them to Jesus.

We make disciples by building loving relationships, by teaching the truth of Scripture, and by helping each other love God and love our neighbors.

Mark 12:28-31

One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important"

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our god, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
